* All bookings require payment in advance of 50% - 100% of the full amount of the room three days before arrival.
* Customers want to cancel the booking. Can be canceled one day prior to arrival, customers must pay 5% of the full amount of the price. To transfer the money back to the customer.
* If the customer cancels the reservation. Without prior notice to the hotel one day, have to pay 50% of the number of rooms booked. (Opportunity cost of the hotel).
